Youth Ministry 

Junior High and Senior High students are part of this ministry. Through various activities, youth nights, discussion group Bible Studies, our young people strengthen their understanding of the Christian faith and learn how to live it out in day-to-day life.  

Other stuff that our youth group participates in is Camp Lutherland and different retreats. Camp Lutherland offers summer camps where some of the youth have been counselors and it also has Confirmation Retreats for students in confirmation classes. The youth here at Mount Olive attend district youth gatherings.

The Book of Concord composed doctrinal standards of the Lutheran church, published in German (June 25, 1580) and in Latin (1584). Its publication culminated 30 years of sweat to heal the divisions that had broken out in the Lutheran movement after Martin Luther's death and to keep the Lutheran churches from being immersed into an all-Protestant union.
